We want you to love your Noksha purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Sale items, live-sale specials, and custom or altered pieces may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

How to request a return

Contact us at contact@noksha.shop or through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for size or colour, subject to stock. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability.
